PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal data provided through the forms contained in the Website, communicated in your contacts with azValor’s employees and collaborators, and relating to orders and movements of your investment positions shall be stored in a Client file as long as you are registered as a client or request their cancellation.

We will retain your information for a period of 10 years from the end of the financial year in which your client relationship with azValor concludes.

AzValor shall make use of personal data to fulfill the investment contract, which includes managing your client account, trade execution and the delivery of reports pursuant to the service conditions.

All the data processing necessary to achieve the abovementioned purposes rely on automated decision-making systems.

In order to comply with current regulations, azValor has the legal obligation to report information on its orders and positions to the Service for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Servicio de Prevención de Blanqueo de Capitales y Financiación del Terrorismo, SEPBLAC from its initials in Spanish), the National Securities Market Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores, CNMV) and the State Tax Administration Agency (Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria, AEAT), and to carry out verifications of its activity by means of external auditors.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition, cancellation, oblivion and portability by writing a letter enclosing a copy of your ID card to azValor Asset Management SGIIC SAU, with address at Paseo de la Castellana 110, 28046 Madrid.
