This information will be stored for a period of 10 years, counted from the end of the financial year in which your client relationship with Azvalor ends.
At Azvalor, we use your personal data to meet the obligations of your investment contract, such as to manage your client account, carry out your operations and to deliver reports, according to the terms and conditions of the service.
All the handling of data that is required to achieve the purposes described is supported by automated decision-making systems.
To comply with the applicable legislation, Azvalor is legally obliged to report information regarding your orders and positions to the Spanish Anti-Money Laundering Supervisory Authority [Servicio de Prevención de Blanqueo de Capitales y Financiación del Terrorismo – SEPBLAC], the National Securities Market Commission [Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores – CNMV] and the State Tax Agency [Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria – AEAT], and to use external auditors to verify your activity.
To exercise your right of access, rectification, opposition, deletion or portability of your data, or your right for it to be forgotten, please write to Azvalor Asset Management SGIIC SAU at Paseo de la Castellana 110, 28046 Madrid, enclosing a copy of your I.D. document.
