What is the purpose of processing your personal data?

All of the personal data that you provide when you complete the customer registration forms and when you engage with the employees and partners of Azvalor will be processed to manage every stage of the investments and contracts into which you enter through our website, for example, information about orders and movements for your investment positions, managing the benefits associated with your pension plan and executing the transactions you order.


  1. If you have entered your details in the “Contact” section, Azvalor will only process your data to fulfil your request and be able to contact you about this. Anyone who wishes to contact Azvalor through the website must complete a form, including their contact details and the message they want to send. Azvalor will only process their personal details to process and reply to the request for information. Azvalor will process this personal data based on the implied consent of the data subject in providing this data to Azvalor in their information request.


If you provide your consent, Azvalor will use the personal data to improve its services and products and send you tailored information about new opportunities posted on the Azvalor website or the website of other companies in its group, and information about additional products and services.


The customer undertakes to notify Azvalor about any changes to their personal data.


Azvalor expressly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from participating in projects in the capacity as investor. If you are under 18, please do not continue with the process or use our services. The user will be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Azvalor reserves the right to exclude any user who has provided false data from the services, notwithstanding any legal action permitted.


To whom will we forward your data?

Azvalor collaborates with service providers, for example, IT and web maintenance companies and legal, financial and administrative services, which have access to Azvalor personal data to provide these services. Azvalor ensures rigorous selection and oversight of these third parties, with which it has signed data protection agreements which establish data protection obligations for them.


According to prevailing legislation, Azvalor is under the legal obligation of reporting its orders and positions to the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Services (SEPBLAC), the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) and the State Tax Administration Agency (AEAT), and of submitting its activities for inspection, using external auditors for this purpose.


How do we collect your data?

For how long will we keep your data?

All of the personal data that you provide in the potential investor registration form on the website and any provided through the companies involved in the data collection process will be kept for the duration of your investment.


If you are a customer, we will keep specific information for 10 years from the end of the financial year in which each position is ordered, or in general from the end of your relationship with Azvalor as a customer.
