Azvalor Lux SICAV-Azvalor Blue Chips Lux I is a Sicav under Luxembourg law and registered in CNMV, being invested at least for 85% of its assets in units of the actively managed Master Fund (AZVALOR BLUE CHIPS, FI). This weighting may vary according to investment opportunities, at the managers’ discretion.

The Sub-fund may hold up to 15% of its assets in ancillary assets, including cash, cash equivalents and short-term bank deposits.

Azvalor Blue Chips Lux I takes as benchmark the performance of the MSCI AC World Index NR. The fund’s management objective is to achieve a sustained and satisfactory profit over time. This fund follows the Value Investment philosophy, which means buying, with a long term vision, companies at a price below their intrinsic value.

At least 75% of total exposure shall be in equities from all sectors, investing over 75% of exposure to equities in large caps (3 billion euro minimum), and the rest in small and mid-caps.
